We had our dog from a pup and so he s travelled in the car a lot since then. To date he travels in his fabric crate that sits on the middle back seat so he can still look through the mesh and see up and look out the windows. We filled it up with his blankets and dogs and he pretty much just lies there looking out the window until he gets bored and goes to sleep.
